About Us
  
  　　The Land Administration Office was first established on May 1st, 1990. Initially, it was located in the activity center at Chung Ming Park. It's role being the administration of the Nantun and Hsitun districts.
　　On Nov. 18th, 1993, the office was moved to the Land Administration Office on Dungshing Rd, Taichung, to help provide better service to the public.
　　The office has won various accolades for its efficiency and service. This speaks for the quality of service that the office provides on a daily basis.

Jurisdiction
　　Chung Hsing Land Office of Taichung City manages the Nantun and Hsitun district's land administration affairs.
